If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and does not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via sales@tedbakerserbia.com so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting "TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop" via support telephone or email.

Return of Goods
