Delivery of Goods

All orders are delivered to the Customer via GLS currier service.
The correctness of the order is checked by the customer. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, and to notify the delivery person immediately of any possible defects.


When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, as well as to refuse to pick up delivered goods with visible damage. If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and does not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via sales@tedbakerserbia.com so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting "TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop" via support telephone or email.


"BD GROUP BG D.O.O. / TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop" reserves the right to refuse delivery of ordered goods if it determines a violation of these conditions and rules advertised on the website.
If the customer made a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop. Shipping costs when returning and replacing purchased goods are borne by the customer, except in the case when the customer receives a defective or wrong item, then the shipping costs are paid by the TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop online store.


"BD GROUP BG D.O.O. / TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop" is not responsible for the manner and quality of the service provided by the delivery person.
The delivery person undertakes to carry out the delivery of the order professionally and responsibly in accordance with the rules of the service and the General Terms and Conditions of e-commerce business of the TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop online store.
In the event of a delay in delivery due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the delivery person, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the delivery person.


One customer can create multiple orders in one day.

 

Return of Goods

It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our email support.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.


Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods


If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone ) to e-mail TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop and describe what kind of problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's reported complaint and will inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.
