Delivery of Goods

All orders are delivered to the Customer via GLS currier service.
The correctness of the order is checked by the customer. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, and to notify the delivery person immediately of any possible defects.


When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, as well as to refuse to pick up delivered goods with visible damage. If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and does not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via sales@tedbakerserbia.com so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting "TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop" via support telephone or email.

If the customer made a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to TED BAKER SERBIA Web Shop. Return of Goods

It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our email support.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's reported complaint and will inform you about further action.
