Claims and Complaints
I want to submit a complaint about a delivered item. How can I do that?
Non-conformity of purchased items is subject to complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. It is important to complete the request form and submit it in the manner defined by the Complaint Policy, & Request for Complaint where you can find details about the entire process.
If the shipment received from Ted Baker Serbia is not appropriate, contains damage, or does not match the product description according to the declaration, you need to:

Notify us about the complaint by calling +381 11 4033334 or via email at tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs. Please include all order details and the reason for the complaint.

Download the Complaint Request Form, which must be completed in full and signed.

Send or personally deliver the properly packed item on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to the following address:

Please note that the shipping costs must be covered by you.
After we receive the item, you will receive a confirmation from us, and within the legally defined period you will receive a response to your complaint after the necessary checks have been carried out. If the complaint is accepted, the full amount will be refunded.
What documentation is required to submit a complaint?
In addition to the item you wish to complain about, you must provide:

Complaint Request Form – fully completed and signed by hand (available here).

Is it possible to resolve the dispute out of court?
Yes, you have the option to resolve disputes out of court before a body for alternative consumer dispute resolution, registered in the List of Bodies for Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

I received a damaged package. What should I do?
When receiving the shipment, please check the package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages (torn parts or dents), you should not accept the package.
In this case, please call our Contact Center at +381 11 4033334 or send an email with your order details and contact information to tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs.
It is important to state the reason for refusing the package, and you may attach photos of the damage if available.
We will inform you about the next steps as soon as possible.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you accepted the shipment and after opening the box realized that the delivered product does not match the ordered item or the invoice details are incorrect, please contact us no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
You can do so by calling +381 11 4033334 or sending an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs, explaining the issue.
We will inform you about the next steps as soon as possible.
