Who are we?

Ted Baker Serbia brings the distinctive London spirit of the iconic Ted Baker brand to the local market. Known for refined tailoring, contemporary silhouettes, and attention to detail, Ted Baker blends classic British sophistication with a modern twist.

Ordering & Payment

How do I create an account and register?

On the homepage (top-right), select LoginCreate account, then fill in the required fields. If you already have an account, choose Login and enter your credentials.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and any changes made to it. You can update your details in the Account section.

How do I find and buy a product?

Browse via the main menu (category/season/color/size) or use the quick search. Open the product page, select your size, then click Add to cart. Repeat to add multiple items.

What payment methods are available?
  • Online card payment on the website.
  • Payment to the courier upon delivery (cash or card, where available).

Card data is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/PKI). Payments are processed by our card payment processor (ChipCard a.d. Belgrade), and your card details are not stored in our system.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. Payments are made in RSD.

If your card is issued in another currency, your bank/card network may convert the amount to your local currency. Due to conversion, a slight difference from the website price may occur.

When is the purchase contract considered concluded?

After you place an order, you will receive an email with the order status. The sales contract is considered concluded only after BD Group d.o.o. sends an order confirmation email. If we cannot confirm the order, we will notify you by email and refund your payment (no contract concluded).

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery for all orders is charged 600 RSD.

By clicking COMPLETE PURCHASE, you confirm you agree with the terms of use and delivery conditions.

What is the delivery time?

Usual delivery time is 3 business days, and maximum 7 business days. In exceptional cases (courier workload/technical issues), delivery may take longer, but not beyond what is allowed by law.

When do couriers deliver and what if I’m not available?

Couriers deliver between 08:00 and 16:00. Please ensure someone can receive the package during that time.

The courier typically attempts delivery twice on different days. If the first attempt fails, the courier may call the contact number provided to arrange a new time. If the second attempt fails, the shipment is returned to us.

Delivery is available in Serbia, on business days only.

Returns / Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

Can I cancel my online purchase? What is the deadline?

Yes. You can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without stating a reason. You only cover the direct cost of returning the goods.

The 14-day period starts when the goods come into your possession (or a third party you designate, not the carrier).

How do I submit a withdrawal request?

Submit your withdrawal statement using the Withdrawal Form (sent by email and downloadable from the website). The request is considered on time if the form is sent within 14 days.

You can return the goods by shipping them with the form, or deliver in person on business days 09:00–17:00 to:

When do I need to return the item and in what condition?

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal. After that, returns are not accepted.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
  • You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to check the item.
Who pays for return shipping and how do refunds work?

Return shipping costs are paid by the consumer.

Refunds are issued to your bank account without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal form. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment—whichever happens first.

Packaging rules (especially for footwear)

Please pack returned items securely.

Footwear: Do not seal the original shoe box with tape. The shoe box must be protected with extra packaging (e.g., placed inside another bag/box) to prevent damage during transport. If this isn’t followed, we may be unable to accept the return.

After receipt, we inspect the item. If damaged due to consumer fault, refund may be refused and the item returned at your expense, or refund reduced proportionally.

Complaints

How do I submit a complaint for a delivered item?

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or not in conformity with the product description, please:

  • Contact us by phone +381 11 403 3334 or email tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs with order details and the reason.
  • Download, complete and sign the Complaint Request Form.
  • Send or deliver the properly packed item (business days 09:00–17:00) to:
    TED BAKER STORE, TC Galerija, Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona 12 (ground floor), 11000 Belgrade.

Delivery costs for sending the item to us are covered by the customer.

If the complaint is accepted, the purchase amount is refunded in full.

What documents do I need for a complaint?
  • The item you are claiming.
  • A fully completed and signed Complaint Request Form.
  • Your contact details.
I received a damaged package. What should I do?

Inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage (tears/dents), do not accept delivery.

Contact us immediately at +381 11 403 3334 or email tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs with order details and your contact info. You may attach photos of the damage. We will advise you on next steps.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours from delivery. Call +381 11 403 3334 or email tedbakerserbia@gmail.rs with your name, phone number and a description of the issue.

Can I resolve a dispute out of court?

Yes. If your complaint is rejected, you may initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure within one year of submitting the complaint, before a body appointed/registered by the competent ministry.

What data do you collect?

We collect only data needed to provide services and operate the website, including:

  • Data you provide: account details, orders, forms, newsletter signup, customer support communications.
  • Transaction data: purchase history and preferences. Card data is handled by our payment processor.
  • Data from other sources: partners, delivery services, advertising networks, and public/aggregated data.
  • Technical data: cookies, device type, IP address, browser, pages visited, time zone and general location.
How do you use my data?
  • To provide website access, ordering, delivery and account administration.
  • To improve your experience (analytics, optimization).
  • Marketing communications where permitted/consented; you can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Fraud prevention and identity verification for financial security.
Who do you share my data with?

We share data only as needed with carefully selected third parties, such as:

How long do you keep my data and what rights do I have?

We keep your data as long as you have an account and as needed afterward for questions/claims, and as required by law. In some cases, we may retain data in aggregated/anonymized form.

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and to object, including the right to complain to the Serbian supervisory authority (Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).

Website Use & Terms

What are the general terms of using the website?

By using any part of tedbaker.rs, you accept the current Terms of Use. Content is published in good faith and may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes at your own risk.

BD Group d.o.o. holds intellectual property rights to the website content. Misuse may result in legal action under Serbian law.

It is strictly forbidden to attempt to disable the website, bypass technological measures, or use specialized programs to download content.

Product information and availability disclaimer

Product descriptions and images are informational; unintentional errors may occur. Items displayed are part of our offer, but may not be available at all times.

You will receive an email with the order status. If an item is in stock, you will receive confirmation; otherwise we will notify you it’s unavailable. Availability can be checked by phone: +381 11 403 3334.

Conformity of goods and legal remedies (summary)

Under Serbian Consumer Protection Law, the seller is responsible for non-conformity that appears within 2 years from the transfer of risk to the consumer (as defined by law).

Remedies may include repair or replacement, or price reduction/contract termination for that goods—depending on legal conditions and timelines.
